Services

Test the task. Correct the issue. Keep the path working.

ViaLayer begins with evidence, addresses confirmed problems within an agreed scope, and monitors the customer paths that matter.

01 · Readiness Check

Know what an agent can actually complete.

A Readiness Check evaluates a defined set of public customer tasks. Examples include finding service information, confirming coverage, starting a quote request, or navigating toward an appointment.

How it works

  • Agree on the customer task and a clear success condition.
  • Run the task three times to separate repeatable behavior from chance.
  • Review the recorded evidence independently from the execution.
  • Classify the outcome and state any limitation or uncertainty.

What you receive

  • Task-by-task outcome summary.
  • Evidence references and run counts.
  • Hard, soft, or inconclusive finding labels.
  • Prioritized recommendations and re-test criteria.
The free check is deliberately narrow. It covers one agreed public task and provides a concise evidence summary. Broader testing is scoped separately.

02 · Agent-Ready Build

Turn confirmed findings into testable corrections.

Where a finding points to a website issue, the correction may involve explicit business information, semantic structure, structured data, or a clearer form, quote, or booking path.

Implementation

ViaLayer can implement an approved, bounded correction when the website and access requirements are supported.

Developer specification

ViaLayer can instead prepare acceptance criteria and a developer-ready specification, then collaborate with your existing team.

Every build ends with a re-test

The original customer task is run again against the agreed success condition. A code change alone is not treated as proof that the customer path is working.

Platform migrations, brand redesigns, content programs, custom applications, and unrelated technical repairs are outside the default scope unless separately agreed.

03 · Monitoring

Detect when a working path changes.

Monitoring repeats selected customer tasks against an agreed baseline. It is designed for paths that can change after a content update, form change, booking change, or platform release.

Monitoring includes

  • Named tasks and an agreed test frequency.
  • A stored baseline and success criteria.
  • Review of meaningful changes, not just raw alerts.
  • A concise notice when an outcome changes materially.

Frequency and task count are set around business importance and change risk. Monitoring does not guarantee universal performance across every AI system.
